I was recommended by a doctor to see a gynecologist, upon calling this clinic I was dismissed, hung up on, and left in tears. I was barely even given time to explain my issue and why I was recommended to see a gynaecologist before I was hung up on. I would not recommend a new patient booking here as they clearly do not take potential clients seriously.

Dr. Grace is kind, works with you to understand your needs and provide the best medical services. The only reason I couldn't give more stars is because her admin is quite rude. I had a virtual consult booked for 12:20pm. The admin did not tell me that required me to reserve a few hours since the doctor could run late. I had a meeting at 1pm and missed the call back from the doctor. When I called back within 15 minutes it went to voicemail and I left a message. The admin calls me back 2 days later and tells me it's basically my fault for not being on standby the whole day and how I should've treated it as an in clinic appointment (which I didn't know and didn't reserve my whole afternoon for). She also told me I'd be charged 75 for a missed appointment even though I'd called back 10 min later and didn't get a call for the rest of the day. Incredibly unimpressed.
I needed a caring, personable doctor who communicated with her patients and I found that in Dr. Yeung.
Dr. Yeung is simply THE BEST. She makes you feel safe and listens to your concerns. I recently had surgery with her and the whole process has been great. Sometimes the appointments can take some wait, but it shows how good and dedicated she is because she takes her time with each patient. I am so thankful for having her as my doctor! Her secretary is also very helpful and always polite. Thanks for all you both do!
