Overall experience in 3 words - EASY, FAST, PROFESSIONAL. I want to start off by saying that Matt and David are very nice and professional. They came in on time, assessed the carpet, quickly went downstairs to get the equipment needed and cleaned it. All in about 25 minutes. Also, they gave me great tips on how to take care of the carpet, make it look better and last longer. Definitely, recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned! Thank you!
I had a good experience with Dr. Carpet. They came for carpet cleaning which was really bad because I have two children at home. The best thing is that they did not use any chemical and the carpet looked great when they left. I would definitely refer them to others. They even cleaned my sofa and they spent a lot of time on it making it look like a new one.
Keeping the house clean and tidy is the most challenging task for any mother. This is even challenging when you have 3 kids at home! But then I came across Dr. Carpet. I booked their services for rug cleaning. It was surprising to see the effoorts they had put, it was the best cleaning service in Toronto. Plus they managed to do everything in a day. Highly Recommended!
Awesome service and very professional team. They saved me from having to replace all the carpets in my house. They look great now after the repairs! I highly recommend using this service if you need some TLC for your carpets.
