Unimpressed. Been going to her for many years as a relatively healthy individual yet when concerns were brought up; always found them to be dismissed & not taken seriously. Always felt she was rushed as well. At my last visit expressed some changes in my health & once again she just started to do the check up without saying anything. When I asked her opinion; she said she wasn’t sure and if it was anything it would show up in the blood work. Just found it very strange. A month later away at a walk in with my son and mentioned in passing to the doctor and he told me exactly what was happening & why. Was baffled how my own doctor dismissed me; yet a walk in was able to help immediately. Most recently booked appointment for my 2 tween boys & received a call back saying they booked them in error & would have to cancel because they hadn’t been in a few years they are no longer patients of hers. I never realized we were required to go regularly to stay a patient. No compassion shown. Unclear why if you will remove someone as a patient we wouldn’t be informed? There has been the odd occasion when I attempt to book them in I am told next available is weeks/months away; so then we end up at a walk in, instead as she was obviously busy. Would expect if we have a family doctor she would remain our family doctor. So unimpressed. Never write reviews but just had to about her and her office.

I recently transferred to Dr. Bradshaw because our GP had retired. I find Dr, Bradshaw to be professional and thorough in ordering tests and protocols. She is careful in asking questions about health background as well as inquiring about one's past family health issues. Dr Bradshaw is a polite listener and leaves the patient feeling all one's concerns are in competent hands. Three members of my family now are attended by this family physician.
