Took delivery of my new 2021 Santa Fe Ultimate on Friday. I am very pleased with the vehicle and the whole experience at Downtown Hyundai. Nina Yaghoobi was my sales consultant. Nina has a very pleasing and professional manner. She answered all my questions and made the choice of vehicle easier for me. I had the most wonderful experience while leasing my new Tucson. Alexander Taratine (Product Advisor) made the sales very smooth, he even brought the car for a test drive right up to my house. He was both informative and had the customer's best interest in mind. I will definitely vouch for him and Downtown Hyundai.
Quick review: Nina and the people at this dealership were fantastic to deal with! If you ever need a Hyundai (or especially Genesis) go see Nina! Her and the team were great! I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and after having a terrible experience at Mississauga Hyundai a few years ago I can positively say the people at Downtown Hyundai made me feel much better about purchasing from a Hyundai dealership. Nina was very helpful through the whole process. She provided a kind and low-pressure sales experience, as well as made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the vehicle (the car needed some minor bodywork when I first went to see the it but Nina and the manager were very adamant on pointing out anything I noticed and they would have it fixed). Nina was always great to talk to and never made me feel like I was being lied to or tricked/forced into a sale (I felt this very heavily at Mississauga and it ruined my excitement of buying a new car). The manager (unfortunately I don't remember his name) and Ronak were very friendly as well. Ronak was pushing for warranty quite a bit by bringing it up 5 or 6 times, but not in a rude way at all and it was genuinely great value so I can see why (just didn't make sense with automotive repair shop in the family or in my budget). Overall FANTASTIC experience! I would drive an hour there again if I needed another vehicle just for the service. Thank you Nina and the rest of the Downtown Hyundai team!
Just picked up my new 2021 Santa Fe and was very pleased with the service I received from the dealership. Rob Taylor was my sales person and he was very friendly and open and answered all my questions and responded very quickly to any inquiry. I am enjoying my new vehicle.
