Broken lip, tooth ache, it's normal they say. Bruised hand from the anestesya, she said it's nothing when I told her it hurts and pressed on it! Pressed on it!!!! Terrible!

Just did an endoscopy here...the anaesthesiologist, Dr Shin and all staff/nurses/receptionists were wildly nice, helpful, understanding, supportive. Would not hesitate to see Dr Shin again.

I had a procedure here. The entire process took about an hour and half, in a very professional manner, with a great care of staff, nurses and doctors around you. They even handled a discharged briefing with you afterward. Very satisfied, and highly recommended.

I have been here since 7:55 a.m. for my 8:20 am appointment and at 10:20 am I am still waiting. Though they all seem nice they are not very efficient in getting patients in and out. It's bad enough what we are all here for why can't they do a better job at making this a better experience.
