I used to always do first aid 2 here when I worked at Costco. So very disappointed to learn they've gone with St John's now. My gf is forced to do their course and I can confirm it's dry, mostly paperback and doesn't even REMOTELY compare with your hands on, professionally led course. Costco just inherited less quality training. Hopefully they come to their senses and come back to you. Thank you Salan for all your hard work over the years. I appreciate you!

Completed OFA level 2 with Salan in 2019. Salan's course is preferred by many pros since you'll never find a paramedic-- or paramedic examiner-- as experienced as she is! She's seen first hand most of the things that can happen in the scenarios. A wicked sense of humour. Highly recommended!

I called 6 times different days and times. I also sent an email and wasnt able to get in touch with anyone. Their website has no information on dates of classes or how to sign up for a class. Theres no way to sign up for a class so it might not be an actual business? Dont waste your effort trying to call them. I finally gave up and called one located in Victoria and booked a class within a couple seconds.
I have taken a few course with this agency and had Salan as the instructor for them all. She has a wealth of knowledge, is a straight shooter, and a great instructor with a wicked awesome sense of humor. Definitely a plus.
