This is the 2nd time I use Dowdal's for renovating kitchens over the last 6 years with the 2 houses bought and fixed up. Both times the experience was great. They helped us to find what we wanted and the extras we added as well. Receptionist Robin was awesome to deal with. Always friendly and quick to reply to my emails. Bob was awesome to design the kitchen exactly how we wanted and had some great ideas. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Would recommend these guys for any kitchen/bathroom cabinets. Next year we're doing our ensuite and will be going back here for them to custom make the vanity. They also travel all over Ontario. We live just about 2 hours away and couldn't find a place we liked in our hometown. Dowdal had no problems coming up North to help us out :). If we ever buy another house we'll be going back there for a 3rd kitchen!

MY HOUSE WAS BUILT NEW BY Rochon Construction in summer of 2012, I have moved in Nov. 2012. during the custom design of my house we chose to have gas stove/oven from the start these guys knew that. A year after moving the kitchen cabinet doors both on the sides and top of the stove were peeling off (apparently from heat). when contacted they came and changed the doors and installed a heat shield on these doors. to the end of the 4rth year I had the same issue with all doors without exception. Now even the doors far away from the stove are giving in with the same problem. I decided to wrap the bottom and top of all doors with 3M protective film that is used for cars. I can say now for sure that their kitchen is nothing other than cheap junk that will not last few years. I work for the hospital and the cabinets they have (even under extremely heavy usage) still hold on and never changed. I would not recommend these guys to anybody unless they stop making these junk cabinets.
