The Dow Centennial Centre’s name alludes to one of the Fort’s big economic drivers, and has a well rounded gym. The 2nd floor has an oddly shaped track, and most of the generic gym equipment you’d expect to find in a small fitness centre. The main floor has a room that surprised me though, with a spin studio setup, Olympic lifting platform, and a large amount of empty space that can be used for a variety of functional activities. Their drop in rates are some of the lowest I’ve seen, so it’s worth checking out if you’re just passing through.
I work out here and I absolutely love it. The staff are friendly, they are always on top of cleaning and wiping everything down and there is more than enough equipment to suit all my training needs.
awesome facility. it is a much cleaner place. COE should learn on how to manage their facilities like this facility.
We were here for a dance recital. Everyone was practicing good Covid protocols and we were able to enjoy the show.
