Shannon is the most helpful guy. We've bought two pieces of equipment here and several years after the fact we required some paperwork so we could insure them for road use. It only took one phone call and Shannon contacted Kubota and ordered the docs. He also offered to deliver them to us. Great service!!

I had them replace my pto drive belt to mower deck on my lawn tractor. They charged over 400 bucks in labour. I got it home and the belt was completely loose. slipping constantly. now I have to try and fix it myself as the mechanic there is obviously incompetent. you can see in the photos where the belt tensioner rod is supposed to go, as well as where they just shoved the tensioner rod under the motor. Don't waste your money, go somewhere where they actually know what they're doing.

I've had good experiences with the parts department. I did find the after sales service to be very lacking (had a couple questions about my new tractor and the salesman bluntly told me to just read the manual, he was so sweet before the purchase. Funny how that works sometimes) maybe he didn't know the answer himself? Still will deal with parts department but will look elsewhere for next major purchase.

Totally rude parts department. Tried to ask a question before I could finish the parts guy kept interrupting. I knew the bucket was not from bobcat, and I measured the part I knew exactly what I needed. I can only imagine what happens with non technical or less technical customers. I am a Mechanical engineer, I own a repair shop, I own a skid steer. Just listen first, then make recommendation or ask questions. That's what I do. Don't waste your time with these guys.
