We had a new situation with our pet and Dina was EXTREMELY helpful and informative. She provided us with plenty of information for treatment, recommendations for prevention, and product remedy pricing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet and ongoing care of their pet!
I do not recommend this vet for multiple reasons They don't believe in putting the animals to sleep. Oh they waited till my first cat died from seizure and my grandma's cat had cardiac arrest They claimed that they're open at 9 but then they set up an appointment for 9:30am only to see that the vet office is locked I find it very unprofessional for a client to have to call the receptionist to remind her about the appointment cuz no one is there ... Don't believe the receptionist when she said she's coming in 5 mins No she won't
I have been on the phone with several vet offices asking about pricing for my new pup and every place I called was happy to share this information with me, and give me an approximate price for all of her services, and to get her fixed. When I called Dougall Vet Hospital the lady on the phone said she was unable to help me, and wouldn't work with me, and share any information. Thanks but no thanks.
