Shira and Nick are absolute pros, and their staff are the best. Great design work combined with tight knowledge of each city's priorities and processes. No, they are not cheap, but they are excellent value. Never forget the costs of getting it wrong! DOS Design Group is the right choice. Would I recommend them to a friend? Absolutely! That's why we keep going back there for each and every project.

Being new to doing a house renovation, I had no idea what to expect when I hired Draft on Site. At first the quote seemed a bit high, at least higher than I had expected. Now I feel like I'm getting exceptional value for my money. Honestly, I probably would have given up on the renovation if it wasn't for them. The only reason this company has (at the time of this writing) all 5 star reviews, is because Google doesn't let you give more than 5 stars. Highly recommend. Like super highly recommend.
We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Nick and his team from start to finish. They listened to our ideas and came up with a draft that was exactly what we wanted, adjusting as we felt we needed. The 3D plan they created was very helpful too, in visualizing what we wanted. They have thorough grasp of what will work within the constraints of the City By-Laws. They were tenacious in dealing with Vancouver City Council over many months and keeping us informed about the process. Dealing with this city is not for the faint of heart and Nick managed to negotiate his way through the ever- changing By -Laws and demands made by the city. We are truly delighted with our newly renovated home and recommend Nick and his team to you.
Nick and Shira are the two most detail-oriented people I know. Their work is superior, every time, due to their interest in making ever project come out perfectly. For measuring, or any kind of renovation design, you definitely need Draft On Site.
