Dos Amigos has a very intimate and quaint ambiance with dim lighting and mellow Mexican music playing in the background. My server was prompt and courteous. My meal was very good. Pricing was reasonable. I withheld a star due to the lighting being a bit too dark (I needed to take out my flashlight to see my food), it was a good while after my food was served before my server checked on me again, and I was seated under a fan which blew away my napkins and left me feeling a little cold. As you can see, these are really subjective and at the end of the day, did not ruin my experience. I recommend this place for a casual date or just a good meal. I look forward to coming back and trying the other numerous menu options.

THIS IS THE WORST MEXICAN RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The food was expensive, the service was terrible, drinks (margaritas, mojitos, tequila shots) barely had alcohol, they tried to fool us with a shot glass that was more glass than actual tequila. The food quantity was just miserable compared to the price I paid, plus they automatically added the 15% tip which they didn't deserve. I asked 4 times to 3 different waiters for salt, napkins, water, and basic stuff and they acted like they didn't hear me, specially this Hispanic waitress that was pretty rude to all of us. The accommodations are pretty uncomfortable, specially the bathroom that is the size of my fridge ! I still can't believe I had such a bad experience and not only me, my other 18 co-workers have the exact same opinion. I guess people that write a good review about this place is because they have no idea about Mexican food and service, I was born and raised in Mexico and I consider this place disgusting and disrespectful to my culture and, to top it off, after we all paid we realized that they charged all of us 1 or 2 dollars more per person for no reason... so we were literally robbed !
This place is a freezer! Food is not that bad although a bit over priced for what you get. It would have probably been a better experience if the place wasn't so cold. Staff is polite and service is good. I don't think I will be coming back unlessweather is warmer since it seems they are too concerned about spending money on their heating
