We went to Subaru des Sources today because we wanted to purchase a vehicle. Since we did not have an appointment, we were told to wait in the waiting room. After 30 minutes of wait, no one came to see us so we decided to browse the showroom to see the selection of cars. A few minutes later, an elder blonde lady wearing royal blue from the reception approached us and asked if we were with a salesperson. We said no. She told us we had to leave and we could not be in the showroom. That is the worst customer service ever! She could of said: \I apologize but you can't be in the showroom. Let me verify if there's a salesperson available.\ Anyway, we walked out and NEVER coming back! It is your lost since we were planning on purchasing two vehicles! Google is not allowing me to put ZERO star, unfortunately, I have to give one star.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Service was initially good. An item from the vehicle was omitted after I took possession. I requested if the item could be dropped off at my residence, but the salesperson I dealt with did not want to drop it off. There was some back and forth, but the individual would not budge. I am very disappointed that the dealership would not go the extra mile to remedy this situation. All this to say: The second you drive off the lot, the quality of service and professionalism drops dramatically!
Amazing service!!! Charles and Elias gave me a warm welcome and patiently answered all my questions and found me exactly what I was looking for. Thank you boys and Subaru sources for the great experience. Highly recommend For an honest and no pressure service :)
I wanted to share the great experience I had at Subaru Des Sources. I was shopping around for a Forester XT. After many visits to various dealers in the Greater Montreal Area, I had the best customer service experience at Subaru Des Sources. Charles Tawil and his manger Elias were very pleasant to deal with. I felt no pressure during the entire transaction and negotiations. Not only did I find the Forester I always wanted, we purchased an Outback for my girlfriend as well. We are both happy the way we were treated at Subaru des Source and will recommend them to anybody I know looking for a Subaru.
