These guys are fantastic! Not only did they arrive on time, at the appointed date, but they were also extremely professional, courteous, very meticulous and clean. Their work is excellent. I had gotten several quotes from other vendors and Lakeshore’s quote was not only the most detailed, but also exactly in line with my budget. Special shout out to Nick!!! He helped coordinate everything. Great job. I highly recommend them.

Nick and the team at Lakeshore are extremely professional. I had them replace the roof in my previous home years ago and was extremely satisfied. Now that I needed my roof replaced in my current home I did not hesitate to call them back. After the job is done as an added bonus they scour every inch around the house to make sure that not one nail or piece of roof is left.
Very professional, great advice, great workmanship. We love our new roof. Not only did we change the singles but we made other cosmetic and structure changes to enhance the look of our house and optimize ventilation. Nick was great at giving us recommendations and guiding us through the process!
