Kelly and Veronica are amazing people. I was in a real jam because I was doing renovations and using my garage to do work, and access materials I needed. As bad luck would have it, I blew a torsion spring on the top left side of the garage door. Even worse, We couldn’t even open the door with 3 people because it became jammed from the broken spring. I actually called another company First, and the guy never even showed up! Called Kelly at the Door Guys, and he was here in less than an hour and fixed that mess in short order !! Believe me, Kelly and Veronica are top notch and get the problem fixed with great, down to earth personalities to boot. I would call them again without hesitation. Cliff England - Washago

I simply asked Rhonda on a 20 second phone call what a timeline was on ordering doors and a rough price on my sizes for 3 new doors and I was told their doors were very expensive and I probably couldn’t afford them, little did she know who she was talking to and who I was on the phone! Unbelievable phone etiquette! Shop elsewhere!!!
