FANTASTIC. Morhers AC broke down in the middle of a heatwave and we couldn't get anyone out to look at it so we called Don's and I explained over the phone exactly what was wrong with it and he took the time to walk us thru what needed fixing and the part to get and how to fix it. He didn't waste our time and money waiting to send someone over to take a look at it and do a service call. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place
I was having difficulty finding a Napoleon BBQ as the Napoleon had the model I was looking for back ordered. Luckily this place had it in stock! Placed the order and picked it up the same day. The gentleman who sold it to me was very helpful.
I went here because my central vac head started smoking and broke. I did not buy it from Don's heating and cooling, but I saw online that they dealt with central vac, so I brought it in. Brian took it apart and looked at it and saw the motor was broken. He asked me how long I owned it and told me that if I could bring paperwork proving when I bought it, it would be covered by the warranty. I was able to do that and he sent it away to get replaced. The entire thing took a week and was completely covered under warranty. The customer service was excellent.
Furnace went out today, they sent someone over right away and were able to get it going. This is the second time they were able to help once with free troubleshooting advice (fireplace), and second with a speedy low cost fix. They seem like an honesty company with no agenda for up sell or needless repairs. When we do need a few Furnace or AC we will be calling Dons Thanks again
