I recently just purchased a used car from here and I could not be happier with the sales team. It was a very painless process from start to finish. I paid for a \whole shibang\ detail package on my Kia Rio and was not impressed at all. A bunch of spots in my car that were missed, and some of those spots could've easily been taken care of with a detail brush. I don't consider myself to be especially particular/picky, but I find the pictures speak for themselves. I usually get my car cleaned every spring and fall and chose Donnelly Kia this time as a convenient option given the Covid-19 situation right now (drop off and pick up from work), which is great. Jon the service advisor was also great, which is why I gave the 2 stars. The dealership, as mentioned in other comments, needs to work on their detailing methods. Overall: disappointed with the job, satisfied with the service. **Update** Jon contacted me to apologize for the service and offered to redo the detailing. I told him that I had already corrected the missed spots myself, but my wife's Kia Sorento got booked in at a discounted price and further attention to detail with the exception of one wheel that didn't have tire shine on it (ran out perhaps?). 3.5 stars.
