We had discovered our roof began leaking this past Fall. Naturally we needed the installation to happen quickly but had various quotes from various companies. We found Done-Right to be exceptionally quick and professional with their quote and follow up. We hired them on a Monday and they scheduled us in the same week and finished by Friday (2 day job because of high winds that day). The installation crew were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable. They installed literally a day before we got our first snow and my wife and I were quite thankful for the quick turn around and installation. Solid company and every one I dealt with were excellent.

We called because the roof was leaking but were terrified we were going to need a whole new roof. They showed up when we were only expecting an aerial view inspection and found the issue was our vent not the shingles. The project was pushed as priority and completed as soon as we gave the okay. Invoice came and it wasn't a penny more than quoted. They replaced quite a few shingles under warranty without hassle as well. It's refreshing to not feel taken advantage of. We have had some severe storms since and no leaks. Thank you Done-Right!
