Quick and friendly service. My 2019 Volkswagen Atlas was washed and ready to go upon pickup. They ordered 2 Uber rides for me, one to take me home and one to bring me back to the dealership. They also fixed a recall issue on the Atlas. I would recommend this service department.

Loretta Cain is my primary service consultant at Don Valley. Loretta is one of the nicest service consultant you'll ever meet, excellent customer service, she answers all of my questions for my car needs. I have been a customer at Don Valley Volkswagen because of Loretta Cain! She is by far the BEST service consultant I've ever had in the 10 years I've owned VW Cars.. I followed her to this dealership and (as always) it's been a great experience! Buying a car is one thing, but having pain-free maintenance over the life of your car is another! A car is one of the bigger expenses you make and I always feel I'm in the best hands with Loretta!
