I have been coming to the DVAH for 25 years and have always been very happy with the service. Andre and Ferenc are wonderful vets, personable and extremely knowledgeable and have given excellent care to my cats over the years. All of the staff here are friendly, helpful and obviously love animals. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Ferenc has been taking care of my 3 cats for several years and we absolutely love how compassionate he is. My older cat just had to have a pretty major dental surgery and I'm so incredibly attached to him but the doctor and the staff took such good care of him. They take the time to really explain everything to you despite the restrictions of not being able to go into the exam room due to the pandemic. The cats and I are very grateful to the whole team there, lovely people at the front desk and beyond. Thank you guys so much!
My mom and I had such an amazing experience here. The staff members were all so welcoming. We are happy to have met Dr. Ferenc. He was so kind and knowledgeable! He made us feel comfortable as he was receptive and open while listening to our concerns. We visited for the first time to bring my 2-month-old kitten for a physical exam, and I was so pleased with all the detailed information he gave us after her exam. We will definitely be going back for all her care. Thank you to everyone at Don Valley Animal Hospital.

We have been going here for a few years with our cats and couldn't be happier. They are caring and thoughtful, it is clear that everyone working there truly cares about every animal that comes through their doors. I've seen them go above and beyond to provide care, from home deliveries to accepting special payment arrangements. They are also always helpful and will help direct you to the proper care in case of emergency, even outside of business hours. From the vets to the techs and the reception staff, the health of our pets is their priority, regardless if they are having a hard day or dealing with other difficult situations. They are friendly and welcoming and have always served us and our difficult kitties well! They are always upfront about pricing and options and we've never felt pressure to agree to any unnecessary testing - they always explained clearly any recommended procedures and whether it should be done right away, can wait or is optional.
