Paint stripper is anything but as labeled, worst product in 40 years! Yes I know you and others are struggling with compliance issues. It’s the labeling that’s ridiculous, get off Facebook and read a dictionary! Ripoff at 75 plus tax!

I purchased a can from a local dealer of one step self etch primer, and its terrible. It leaks all around the spray tip and dripped all over my project. I was hoping for good results considering how much I paid for it, but complete opposite. I bought 2 cans, and used 1. The other can is going in the trash, unused. Rustoleum self etch is 10x better at a 1/3 of the cost.

Tried to send an email to ask a question concerning compatibility of one of the products they make, well there is something wrong with that on the website, will not go through. Called to talk to someone at the company was greeted by a very rude receptionist named Sara, put through to voicemail, called back tried a different option to speak to someone, another voicemail. called back again told Sara that I wanted to talk to someone and she rudely told me she would page someone to help. On hold for 10 minutes, then I spoke to a man, asked my question about compatibility of one of their products and was told yes it should work but he couldn't give me a confident yes. So needless to say I will be buying from another supplier whom know their products and can give answers for them. Not worth ruining a expensive paint job on a car. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time.

I bought a "TP Tools Rustproofing Gun with Wands" from the US. When I got it, I noticed the Sure Seal, Mississauga address label on it. Little did I know it was a Canadian company. I have to say the rustproofing gun works great; I can give it a 5, I am that impressed. A friend of mine expressed interest in one, so the next time I was in Toronto, I agreed to pick one up for him. Mind you, considering Dominion Sure Seal has no middleman, they charged full list...I got mine in the US for US69. Up here it was double that. Anyway, when my friend got to use it, he noticed a leak in the metal bottle. He called Dominion Sure Seal and was told to send it back...at his expense. Excuse me...at his expense??? They provided a defective unit and he spent just over 30 to ship it back. Typical pathetic Canadian customer service! I'll remember that.

Lost 1 Batch 2015 I have been using their Canadian Tire "EZ Liner" product for a few years (several applications to date) and have been satisfied for most part. I lost 1 batch last year due to what appeared to be paper plugging up spray gun. It's nasty stuff to work with when issues arise. I bought another kit recently and discovered the Polymer Resin Part "B" had pieces of what appeared to be junks of cardboard mixed in--I screened the cardboard-like chunks out and gun ran fine this time around (yes, it's the proper Shultz gun)-- so my advice is to watch the Polymer mix for contaminants (and "chunking" Polymer Resin)---especially if using gun... I tried to contact company but their website is under construction (a bit strange to see nowadays!). Product seems good otherwise!
