Watch out! Do not waste your time and money! we had extremely horrible experience with them. People in this collection business are nothing different than mafias. They don't care about their customers and reputation at all! They only care how much they can make from you even they do not perform what they promised to.

I am a small landlord. Tenants left without paying. Gave my tribunal orders to Dominion Credit Recovery and they were able to recover all including cost and interest. I will use them again. They know what they are doing and they answer their phone. Thanks again.
I highly recommend that you NOT use these people. Bill and his associates are frankly not worth the time and money to use as a Credit Collections agency. They are lax, do not return calls or emails and do not provide updates on your case file when requested. They are also are entirely incompetent in finding and tracking down a debtor. In my particular case I called for an update and received none. When I finally got a hold of Bill (the owner) he said they \lost\ the guy and could not go ahead. I spent 10 seconds on Google and provided them with leads to find him not ONCE but TWICE. Even with all the info I provided twice they have no skills to investigate, research or have NO ability to get results.
Horrible experience, in August we hired them to recover a balance from a company that shut down which I knew might not have been possible but the amount of money (20k) was worth an attempt. After we paid them, they didn't communicate with me through the process and they said I would get an update in a month - but they didn't contact me. I had to email and call them every 30 days for months to try and find out what's even going on. Even after I told them I was upset with the service and lack of communication, they still weren't reaching out to me. They didn't do jack, in the end they said they would send me a cheque of whatever's left in the company's account - just sent me a cheque for a little over 100 (but I paid over 700 for their services) and didn't even pick up my calls afterwards. Service not worth it, trash trash trash. Unprofessional, useless. (I never write reviews, but I'm so pissed I actually bothered to)
Gave this agency a two years old judgement which my lawyer could not collected and cost me lots of money. These guys collected the full amount. Thank you.
