Bistro Nolah is an awesome spot in the West Island. I’ve had the great pleasure of discovering this restaurant just a few months ago. I found out that they’ve already been open for 9 years! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners Richard & Chris. Both these guys are super talented chefs and are really passionate about the quality of their food. If you’re interested in supporting local, pay a visit to Bistro Nolah. You will not regret it. They have some of the best, if not the best Fried Chicken in Montreal. 5 Stars!

The food and service was absolutely amazing! It is a little on the pricey side but very much worth it. The menu is pretty small, but me and my friends each took a different dish both for the main meal and dessert, and we thoroughly enjoyed every single dish. Highly recommend!
i went here before covid, the place was always busy inside. It always bothered me that they didn't offer take out before, for a small resto and so hard to make reservations take out should be made an option, now with the situation in order to survive the need to offer it. Food was just okay, service was decent, hope they keep the take out option after covid.
We decided to order our New Year's eve dinner at Nolah this year and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The pickup experience was easy and the food was simply delicious. The brisket was the best I ever ate and I wish they had it on their regular menu. The shrimps and grits was perfect as usual as were the crab cakes. Thank you for brightening up our new year's eve!
It was suggested on multiple occasions by friends to go try out bistro nolah and last night I did for my boyfriend’s birthday. I have to say I was not disappointed in the slightest, our server was absolutely fantastic. I’m celiac therefore I can’t have any gluten, he was super knowledgeable to let me know what I could have and what not to. The majority of the main dishes are gluten free besides for the fried chicken and Mac and cheese which was perfectly fine! I had the jerk chicken special, which was sooo succulent and tasty, it was a subtle spicy that builds as you continue to eat which is awesome (especially if you can’t handle spice too much). My boyfriend had the gumbo main dish and chicken wings that he mentioned were the best he’s ever had plus he’s been to New Orleans. I’d also like to mention for those that eat gluten, they do make their own dinner rolls and serve a homemade spicy butter with it. I would say it’s a little on the pricier side but totally worth it for the quality and the portions, especially because you can bring home leftovers, yum! We will definitely keep coming back to Bistro Nolah!
