She refused, and said final sale. I didn't want my money back, just to exchange. In this time of crisis, we all need to be careful of thief's trying to make a dollar. Unsatisfied customer.

Dollar Smart is a Discount Store please don’t mistake it for a dollar store. They sell Lotto and Cigarettes, which isn’t average for your typical dollar store. They are open 7 days a week, including holidays. On holidays they’re open from 10am to 6pm.
If you go in speak to Lena! She's wonderful down to earth, funny and knows that place like the back of her hand! A reason why that store is great!
This isn't a dollar store. They sell garbage for 3 times the regular price. Crazy expensive. 8 for photo frame which sells for 1.25 at dollar tree etc.
