The doctor was honestly great ( I forget his name). I had fallen and injured myself for the 18th time and tweaked my ACL but instead of seeing the ER like I have in the past just for them to have me injure my leg further and transport me to 3 different departments, I came to this clinic! This doctor was so lovely, although rushing due to it being a walk in clinic and not wanting to upset others who were waiting... He checked my leg out, and immediately gave me my requisition for an xray and ultrasound of my leg. Came back a week later and he had an answer as to what was causing my horrible swelling and uncomfy feeling in my leg. The reason this doesn't get 5 stars is the receptionists. I work in a vet clinic and I do reception work often. They are horribly unprofessional, joking with their coworkers but being way too rude to patients (especially those with a language barrier I've seen). Receptionists, you guys have the power to make a place comfortable and approachable, do better.

Doctors were great and the receptionist was nice. However, wait times can be better. Since I also waited 2 hours to be taken in...

To be fair, if performance changes in this aspect, I will change this review but at the moment, I've been waiting on hold for 25 mins. Every 10 mins, it seems like the IVR addresses you like your call just started and then places you at the BACK OF THE CUE! This is deeply frustrating and not fair to anyone that's already been on hold.

Unfortunately the office is the worst place to call... Constantly disconnecting while waiting on hold Faxes are never received unless you follow up many times The doctor are absolutely great If only they could fix their issues with phone and faxes

I called yesterday to ask if I can get a phone consultation for a referral. All my info were taken by the clerk I spoke with and was told to wait for their doctor's call until 6PM. I didn't receive the call. This morning I left a message to let them know. This MICHELLE called me back, again asking for all my info and I was informed that there were 9 patients ahead of me. I called again to inquire why I am the 10th patient when I did not get my phone consultation yesterday. Apparently, the phone number written down by yesterday's clerk was wrong which was why I didn't get the call. I insisted that this was their error so this MICHELLE told me that the doctor will call shortly. Had I not called again, I would not have known and would have to wait a long time. One other thing I told this MICHELLE was that she was rude and unprofessional for cutting my call when I was not finished with my concerns.
