What is the point of having a phone number or even reception if you're not going to answer your phone? I have tried several times both yesterday and today. Honestly perhaps it is time to look at a different clinic. What's funny is that the clinic sends out emails every now n then saying their response times have improved as of lately, but as a patient, i have yet to see that!

worst service ever by Meena the receptionist. i called in between 12:30 - 12:45 pm. I called them thrice and they kept on putting me on hold without any notice. When i finally asked the receptionist why she is doing this. She replied: i have to take other calls too. Like seriously? There s a term called \PRIORITY\ OR \FIRST COME FIRST SERVE\ . I DONT THINK THEY UNDERSTAND TRHE BASICS OF SERVICE. They literally test your PATIENCE! i would rather stay home and treat myself rather than going to these people.

..feels like Doctors will not take any initiative in trying to help you, you have to push hard to get tests done and referals to specialists.. otherwise they just charge yr health card for visit and kick you out without any real help.
Never go to this place. ( Dr. Jaspreet Jaura ) dont see this Dr. At all. My story :: My spouse was suffering from a skin allergy and the Dr was prescribing tropical steroids stright for 3 months with no results. After me requesting to refer to a dermatologist , he referred. And even with no improvement on the condition, he never suggested for a biopsy to find out what caused the results. For a 2nd opinion, I went to another Dr ( Dr. Behar ) after he started treatment, I see the improvement on my spouse's condition, biopsy was done on the first meeting when we informed him that we have been using steroids for 3 months with no use. Please go to Dr. Behar. He ll talk with you for atleast 15-20mins and never in rush to see another patient.
