Katrina the eye optical technician went above and beyond the call of duty on Thursday, January 23 by staying 10 minutes past closing, I got to the location at 5:55 and she stayed until approximately 610 6:15 PM that evening so that I could pick up my glasses.. I drive school bus and my original glasses had broken and my new ones were ready for pick up and she made sure that she was there so I could get them so I could drive my bus safely on Friday... Also the optometrist who is Dr. Ford’s husband is fantastic very thorough explains everything explains medical conditions thoroughly and exactly and he was very meticulous and making sure my exam was done to the tea because I’m type two diabetic I have nothing but high high reviews for this optometrist in their entire office thank you

Ordered safety glasses just before Halloween.Here it is Xmas and I still haven’t received them.Have called but no glasses yet. No follow up calls from them as to when and if the glasses will ever arrive. Don’t waste your time with this place. They don’t care about their customers.

I'm a long time client of Doctors Eyecare. I have extreme confidence of every physician, and their care for their patients is above and beyond. There is no pushiness or trying to speed patients in and out. I enjoy that the doctors all take the time to go over any medical history and describe what's happening with optic health- it's thorough and assuring that you're getting the care you need. All in all, I can't say enough good things about Doctors Eyecare!

I can't say I would go back here, the machine kept screwing up and when I was leaving I felt as though I was getting a judgey vibe from the front desk staff. Never did I receive any kind of follow up as to whether or not the products they gave me to try were working for me. Eye exams seem a bit higher than some places too.
