Love the knowledge and expertise and heartfelt love of animals from the owner, but now the ambiance is all work with the young man. When asked for recommendations for services no longer offered, such as grooming, he has no ideas to help pet lovers out. I'm hoping this review will be incentive to research answers to questions from customers that do not always result in the dead end "no". The last few times I've come in and left disheartened and didn't feel like shopping for anything
