The first time I went there was a bilingual couple there, quite friendly and helpful. I was very happy to have found this store not too far from where I live. The second time was disgusting. There were 2 gentlemen, French, one a little more helpful than the other but were offering no advice for my situation and the one less helpful was one of the most arrogant people I’ve ever spoken to in my life. It was so bad that I came out of there, honestly, feeling like I’d never felt before. I felt belittled and disgusted, and disappointed that a person like this even talks to people at all. I, personally, will never step foot in there again. RE: Reply below I actually spoke English first and one of the workers looked at me blankly until I said “Ça vas bien” in French; at that point he decided to answer. My feeling and opinion has nothing to do with the fact that you don’t service the brand I have, that’s completely fine and understandable. It’s the fact that one worker was offering no guidance whatsoever, as if I had asked the most ridiculous question, the other stepped in and was more respectable and somewhat made up for the lack of tact from the first. But the first was, again, so disrespectful and arrogant that it made me just be extremely nice and innocent so that I didn’t show my frustration. Another thing to notice, in almost all cases where there is a negative review, there is always a response shifting the blame and taking no responsibility. I’m sure sometimes it’s valid but impossible that every time it’s the poster’s fault. I personally wouldn’t want to do business with someone who can’t take responsibility.

Terrible customers service for online transactions. Had to exchange clothing because it didn't fit (far from online proposed measurements). Got billed for a second transport (even more expensive). Really really disappointed. Will never buy or recommend. Lots of better place, same stuff and 200% better service.
