Went to this store the lady wanted have my 1 yr old wear I I said no use common sense theres a age group where u dont put masks on kids wake the hell up I don't know who trains these people but common sense is very much needed at this location

I never jump to write reviews, but after speaking to Brad from the Disney Store @ Upper Canada Mall I have no choice. I called this morning looking for a very rare Pixar Cars character and he knew exactly who I was speaking of which was very surprising. Unfortunately the item isn't available but I'm writing this in light of Brad's knowledge, friendliness, and the advice he gave me. Thanks again Brad!

Staff at the store have gone overboard with regards to customer service. Was in a week or two ago to pick up a couple of things, and I was asked by 5 staff members in 3 minutes if I needed help with anything. The 5th was the store manager, and when I said to her that it was a bit excessive, she replied "Then you know you've been taken care of, don't you?" and walked away. I know they're just doing their job, but a little awareness of what their coworkers are doing should be improved on, especially in such a small space where it's not hard to keep track. I left without buying what I was going to, not worth the trouble.
