I bought a brand new Perkins diesel generator from these guys. I’ve had multiple problems with its reliability although it was sold to me as a reliable unit. Sensors and couplings have failed in my first year of use. I was told by the service manager that sensors can only last a year or 10. My bad luck. A sensor has failed after a little more than a year and the service manager holds to the “nothing I can do” since the warranty is out. This product was put together in a way that has made it unreliable and was not backed up by the service dept. Incredibly disappointing product or how it was assembled and even more so an incredibly disappointing service response.
