Just purchased a hot tub from Candace, very professional and friendly. We've been to numerous hot tub stores but Candace's efficient and quick response to all of our inquiries made our decision to deal with Discounters on Wonderland Rd in London. Excellent customer service Candace
July 15 2020 The store opened late. One employee was dealing with customers while other employees seemed to be wandering around and not helping the lineup. I went to Neighborhood Pools where I was helped immediately. They had a much better selection of parts. I spent almost 300 and will do all my shopping there from now on.
Noah was awesome! He was very patient and professional with all our questions. Our experience was 5 star!!
