The Worst of the worst here. Rentals are pretty straightforward for the most part right? I would rent anywhere but this place, truly. They barely do a initial inspection and hand you the keys but when it is returned they go through incredible detail even checking wiper blades. We took the rental out on a sunny day for 2 hours to move a couch, spend more time at this company than moving. A bit much.. save yourself the aggravation and find somewhere else, moving can be stressful enough and no one should have to deal with these opportunists.

I don't rent cars often.. The staff here helped me through the process and supplied me with a really nice new Toyota Camry. All employees I delt with were all very friendly and professional. I brought the car back on a friday afternoon and they were quite busy. I needed a drive to the shop that my car was at and it was no problem for them. I waited only 10 minutes or so while they helped other customers before giving me a ride. I would use Discount again. Very satisfied!
Absolutely horrible experience. STAY AWAY! Right off the bat, you walk in to the store and the place smells like cigarettes and weed. Got overcharged 50 for kms. Luckily, I took pictures of the odometer before and after, otherwise they would have taken advantage of my situation like that. When I was trying to talk to the manager about the issue, he hung up the phone in my face. I called customer service and filed an official complaint. If you want to have a horrible customer experience go with these guys. Me, I'd rather pay extra at other rental companies than to deal with these people again.
Great service. Carson was helping me pick the right package, helped me out with the payment, just amazing. Great guys
