I don't know about this location but the other location in Surrey was great for booking! Age is the man! 14771 and 64th location! Just called him to reserve a vehicle for my trip down to Vancouver in July and he was such a great help! I highly recommend renting from Discount Car & Truck Rental because of his exceptional customer service and ability to offer me great pricing compared to other car rental companies in the area!! Everything about my experience was negative from beginning to end. Starting with not being able to guarantee a vehicle would be available even with a confirmation, to trying to add charges that they 'forgot about' initially. I cancelled my booking and got much better service from a different company.
They are unreliable and making a eservation\ online apparently won't guarantee you a vehicle, I was told to call a week before my move date to see if they would have anything. They also called and tried to add charges weeks after we made the eservation\ which would have made the rental cost more that double the price it was confirmed for. I would recommend renting anywhere else, just a terrible experience overall.

Highly disorganized and incredibly rude to deal with. I can't think of a single rental company where confirmations aren't a guarantee that you'll get a vehicle. It's like a Seinfeld episode come to life, except the joke is at your expense.
