I spoke with Coty, he was professional, kind and courteous. You can rely on Coty to get the job done. He was true to his word in terms of time, price and materials. Even after the job was done Coty checked in to see if all was still well. That is great customer service. From the moment i contacted Diotte Coating Services, Coty was always responsive, available and willing to work with me to get the best value and price for the refinishing of my pool. He arrived on time, completed the work as promised in the time he promised while being very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!!!
We originally had Coty and his team in to clean and paint our emergency stairs. They did a professional job at a reasonable price. Because of the level of service they provided, we have had them back to do a number of additional jobs since, all of which have been completed with same level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Was the worst experience available. Came to do a job that he said would taken8 to 9 hours spent four hours there and left the job worse than how it began. Not to mention threatened both me and my client. Do not use this company they are a joke and don't know what they are doing. When I called him to ask what kind of a job he think he did Cody then proceeded to ask me for my address so he could come fight me. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!
Please message me for more information. The horrible experience we had with them in our home should never be experienced. If you have small children do NOT let these people on your property. We are very grateful our experience with them was brief. We only wish we could give zero stars as that is what their review deserves. DO yourself a favour and call ANYONE else.
