I hardly ever review any places, but Diner 97 is superb! We stopped for lunch and the server was super accommodating to our children. Very friendly service. The food was home-made and amazing! Loved their Burgers! The French-Fries were super too! Everything is great, can't wait to go back on our next trip through Hixon :)

This is hands down my favourite diner. The staff are friendly and the food is all homemade. It is worth making the trip out for a burger, and make sure to save room for the deep fried Mars bar!
Very good food. They just need a bigger menu with more choices on it. People like choices and if they don't get them they will stop coming I would suggest they get their menus printed before it's to late.
We had the lunch special and the pasta and salad was so good. Heard other guest comments the food. All very positive. All fresh home made.
