I talked to these individuals about some repairs and replacements. Not only were they straight with me, but they were honest, ethical, and extremely clear about what could and couldn't be done, as well as the assumed price that it would take. I cannot speak highly enough of what it means to me to have a company willing to be this straightforward with customers.
