This company deserves a 5.0 rating for sure. How pathetic it is to read how someone (clearly a fake) gave this company a 1 star. I'm well aware that no company or person for that matter is perfect, but when you find a company like Dietrich, it's important to support them. They are extremely rare. If you have a water / plumbing / pump need, you can count on this team. We've used Brad and his team for maybe 20 years (prior to Brad was his father Brian). Reliable, honest, responsive, knowledgeable. You just can't ask for anything more than that. Highly recommended.

It is a pleasure working with the Dietrich team. The knowledgeable staff is quick to respond to all the Condominium Corporation and Resident plumbing requests. We have just completed a very large sewer replacement project that not only was completed before anticipated but under budget. The professionalism of Dietrich is bar none.

First time using Dietrich plumbing today. They came highly recommended by friends in Kiwanis Park. Grey water flood in basement last night. Called 3 septic companies this morning and they told me I would have to get my tank pumped out prior to fixing anything even though I had just had pump out in the summer. They all basically said they could not help me with any indoor problems. Dietrich never hesitated. Came right in assessed the problem as a broken pump and in no time everything was fixed and back to normal. Very professional young men. Thank you.
