We brought our Tandem in for a CVIP inspection. Initial quote was around 5000, so we decided to do a couple of the welding repairs ourselves as we have an ex welder on staff to lower the bill. In the end our bill was even higher than the initial and some of the parts costs had increased somehow. After talking to the service manager he lowered the cost of some of the parts to the original quote level. Overall not very happy with the service as after calling Kenworth for a quote on the same items they were lower... Should've just brought it to the dealer

I was very happy with the service that DTTR did replacing the two faulty alternators on my Ford work vehicle. It was a hard job to do and took longer than expected for them but they honored the initial quote that they gave. When a problem occurred on the way home from their shop after the job was completed, the manager Kyle Smyth came a good hour out of his way to meet me on the highway and fix it at no extra charge. I appreciate all the hard work the guys put into the job. He then called to make sure I arrived home safely after that. Great work ethic, professional committment and a true concern for their customers. I highly recommend their team.

Well Dodge didn't help me! I have a 2018 3500 Ram with 230000KM on it and they said sorry for your luck........Took my truck to Diesel Tech they pulled the engine stripped it to the bare block found the grid heater ground nut/stud broke off and went into the piston. It was an expensive fix but the best work I have ever seen they were honest and did everything they would of done if it was their own vehicle. Instead of putting a factory grid heater in they gave me the offer of putting an aftermarket heater in to eliminate this problem that dodge knows about the price was great. for the work they did......Went for a synthetic oil change and 2 fuel filters and it cost me 300 usually its 500 at lube city cant ask for better service and great pricing...Thanks for all your help

I had my Mercedes Sprinter in for service. Kyle, Darren and the entire team were awesome to deal with from the beginning to the end. They took the time to explain everything and I was informed all the way through. They even reached out to me multiple times after I picked up my Truck to make sure everything was working good. To me, that is superior customer service and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
