Was with Fido for over 5 years with the small plan as 15/month, without data,Now changed company for 35/month Canada wide,no data and the most I asked them to lock my data,Was still charged 46 for having used 756 mb, when I didn't! Really abusive company. Can't change provider before another 23 months,did not recommended at all!

Well here it is hoping to warn everyone out there about this company. Have been having isues about my contract not being put in my account correctly. Got my phone on June 6th 2016 and ending june 5th 2018. Got an early upgrade last month. And their trying to charge me over 400 for an early upgrade when i allready payed 15 months on my contract. (Phone was 670 & decreased 29.17) Their excuse is that i got an early updgrade on june 6th but only activated my phone on november 25th 2016. So basicly for 7 months i was using & paying my contract for nothing. So that mean they need to reinbursed me for the 7 months i payed that they say i didnt pay. I have proof & photos and my bills & my contract. And they still sont want to fix my bill. So their saying my contract only started in November. But i got my early upgrade in june 2016. Who in the hell would do a early upgrade in june 2016 and only activate a phone in November but paye their contracr since day 1 in June. Got my LG G4 in june as an early upgrade why would you say I only got in November when I have proof....???? Sincelery frustated and not impress of quality of the business... called 4 different agents yesterday. One said your only complaining, the other one said nothing i can do and the last one hung up in my face whille i was crying and begging for help to pay a 900 for a device and its not my fault its theres. I will go in court if i need to... i want justice!

charges 5 dollars as soon as you go 1 mb over your limit. Was told I would be credited 40 dollars due to a miscommunication when I called one time about a billing issue and overages, never got it. Person I got through to only offered me 10 and told me that the conversation I had must not have existed because it wasn't on the notes, even though the call was on record. 10/10 less on this company, never had issues with Koodo like this, stick with them.
