Amazing Customer Service! I have Ordered Twice from them, once for myself, once on behalf of a sibling, and the speed and friendliness of the service we have both received is refreshing and wonderful! When I received my Fish, They were healthy and exhibited no signs of stress. Pricing appears to be on par with most Pet Store Chains that run here in Moncton, and despite restrictions due to COVID 19, they offer a decent variety of fish. The Moncton Area delivery is fast! I will be using this retailer to Stock my Aquariums in the future!

By far the best fish store Moncton has ever had. Hugh and Cynthia have so much knowledge about fish. They will always try to get the customer what they want and will tell them the pros and cons of getting certain fish unlike some other stores that will sell you anything even if it will grow into a monster. Some of my fish are several years old and healthy and I do not buy from anyone else. I hope Riverscape is around for a long time.

Only been here 2 or 3 times but no complaints yet. I've only bought plants so far from them but they did well. Staff seemed to be knowledgeable. Will be trying some fish from them once my 30 gallon is up and running and will re-evaluate then.
