I live at Diamond Head Court and just wanted to say that you guys have done a great job with this COVID thing with quickly locking down the common areas and the building to visitors. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job of keeping the building clean. Also delaying the rent increase at this time was a very considerate thing. You guys are professional and run a great apartment complex that makes apartment living very enjoyable. You probably always hear the complaints but thought I would take the time to say thank you and great job!

Pierre Colette worse landlord ever! Never in my life have I ever felt so much disregard, disrespect and left hanging in the dark about issues that should of been dealt with when we (tenants) ask for an issue to be resolve. I don't recommended renting from this place. Been trying to resolve an issue and he (they) only care about your money . Until this issue doesn't get resolved, this is the rating you guys get from me.
45 mins late to a showing and can't even answer the phone to let you know. Absolute gong show

Extremely disappointed with my experience with MUPM, and specifically Pierre. My lease was my prematurely terminated due to a lack of communication on their part. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from them. When renting from a professional organization, we should expect professionalism and timely service. It is the total opposite of the case. I have only had positive experiences with all my landlords, this was the worst by far. Stay away from this organization, nothing good can happen.
