Working with Diamond Design was an absolute delight! We worked with Rhonda, entirely from a distance to create my custom engagement ring. We had a gem we wanted made into a ring. After a sending them the design idea, we received a mock up, within 2-3 weeks, we have the final product. I am blown away with the outcome, it is even more beautiful than I expected.

I spent endless hours online looking for the perfect engagement ring style for my girlfriend. So when I entered diamond design I'm sure I had about 50 pictures of different engagement rings that I liked. This is where Rhoda stepped in with her amazing customer service and expertise in the area. After looking at what was in store and at all my pictures she recommended that we custom make a ring. She took my pictures and came up with a design that was exactly what I was looking for. The design was then sent to their goldsmith and within 4 weeks I had my beautiful new engagement ring back. I couldn't believe how fast the process was. Rhoda helped me every set of the way and was prompt in answering any emails and questions I had. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming when you enter the store. They are very knowledgeable with jewelry. I had an excellent experience in purchasing the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. I would highy recommend diamond design to anyone in the market.
Diamond Design is a dedicated, professional, and quality assured business, designed to provide the people of Newfoundland with the upmost quality assured pieces. I have ordered my Rolex Timepiece over the phone and various emails from the Northwest Territories, and luckily I had an extremely dedicated, and professional consultant, Paul Blackwood, during this unknown time, due to COVID-19, assist me with obtaining this beautiful timepiece, explain the process, and work with me until I was able to arrive home to finally retrieve this piece! Between the knowledge, customer service, and laughs along this path, overall I would without a doubt give this Organization a 5/5 review, and then some.
