From my initial contact with Allan, until installation day with him and his assistant Edwin, I was very impressed with this company. Allan is a man of integrity and goes out of his way to deliver high quality products and excellent service. I requested an estimate from DC Shutters and one other major company and can truly say that the quick response, knowledge, and honesty from Allan; as compared to the other company’s representative, factored into the outcome I wanted. My shutters were installed a bit sooner than the estimated date. The process went well and I am very pleased and thankful that I chose this company. Allan made suggestions that saved me money, even though he was aware it meant less money for him and in the end I realized that I was better off, not only with the savings, but with the finished look of my home as well. This sincerity is rare especially with uncertainty felt by some business owners I’ve encountered during this pandemic. Not once did I question the reason for his suggestions he made. If there was a way to rate this business and Allan more than 5 stars I would gladly do it. Alan is an extremely professional contractor and delivers top quality products. The estimate, delivery and installation were all spot on. The most important part was the after sales service. I needed my coverings taken down temporarily a few months after installation. Allan was wonderful in getting them down and back up again. He completed this even though his schedule was packed in tight. Such integrity and customer service is rarely found these days. I would recommend Allan and DC Shutters in a heartbeat.

Allan was great to work with, quoted us the best price and delivered a week ahead of schedule. A very reliable, honest, trustworthy company to work with. DC Shutters did a fantastic job installing new custom shutters in my home. Allan was very friendly, professional and quick to respond. He came by to measure my windows, and had the new shutters fabricated and installed within 10 days!
