Terrible customer service. Couldn’t even fill my order. Service rep has no clue of product Your phone sales didn’t even know if you carry glass products. Put me on hold several times. I wanted to pick up some beakers was told he can’t process order without cc. I was on way with cash. It was a small purchase Either way the customer should be able to pay anyway they want.
