Sonny and his team are rock stars . I had to serve the defendant documents on 4 separate occasions in the span of a couple of months . Every single time , the documents were served that day , and then with the courts . There was no fuss , no hassle . The ease of doing business was incredible . We just had exemplary service from Sonny at Dial and File process servers. We had a major lawsuit that needed urgent serving to defendants. We needed the 4 parties served simultaneously early Monday morning, as a rush. Time was crucial. Sonny gave us a flat rate, affordable and competitive pricing as per their web site. Sonny got the 4 lawsuit documents (Envelopes), late Sunday and served all by 945 am the next day. Sonny comfirmed immediately that it was done. We were pleasantly shocked at the efficiency of his operations. The parties were in Ontario about 370 km apart. Then we received the 4 affidavits of service within 48 hours. The service at dial and file, was pleasant professional, highly efficient and very easy to set up. No complications and just very streamlined. Communication with Sonny is straightforward and easy.
