Can anyone tell me the reason of why this DHL driver who is in charge of Coquitlam centre area pickups has such a bad attitude towards customer? What is the reason of why he cannot even wait for 30 seconds as the customer went to retrieve the documents from a room to unit door? He just said no I don't have time, wait for tomorrow. I think take 30 seconds break does not effect his working performance at all. Even this guy are indeed in a rush, at lease present a good attitude. This old white guy is totally unpolite and lack of professional training.
