I hired DHC Reno about 8 years ago to do my foyer and kitchen and was very pleased that I decided to hire them again this summer. Dave and his carpenter Frank and crew ripped out the entire 2nd floor carpeting and replaced with engineered hardwood, replaced all doors, trims and baseboards, and built the staircase by replacing carpeted staircase with new threads and risers, new posts and rails, stained to match the new hardwood, everything looked good. Dave gives good cost-saving advice without compromising quality. Carpentry work is very high quality and very polished, floor boards laid in nice symmetrical pattern, baseboards and trims cut perfectly at every corner, very professionally done. All concerns and odds and ends were addressed, project delivered on time, crew cleaned job site. In addition, Dave also built custom cabinetry for our TV unit. Dave is an honest contractor and gave regular updates. He and Frank are perhaps the best carpenters and renovators out there in Toronto/Etobicoke, highly recommended.
