This company is no idea what they are doing. They have no idea how to run a business. The owner has no enough customs knowledge. They are not an honest company, they advise us to change the value of the goods. They charge the Safe Food License fee is 1000, but in the market, other customs broker charge only 300. They do not know what are the proper documents should be present to CBSA. The tariff classification always wrong, if you use this broker, please double check the classification. Regarding delivery, We ended up incurring storage charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL BRING YOU AND YOUR COMPANY TO GOVERNMENT PENALTY, THEY ARE NOT A QUALIFY CUSTOMS BROKER IN THIS INDUSTRY.

Under the CBSA audit because DH Customs Broker make mistakes on their end. Winson was refused to pay their mistakes and pay the penalty to the CBSA. You pay what you get. Never use them again.
