Purchased reclining sofa and 2 reclining chairs. Dex 10 was great to deal with. Staff were pleasant and answered all my questions. I was initially not comfortable to order online. However, the experience and products were awesome. Actually beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend Dex 10 to all my friends and family. I wish all the success for Dex 10. Hope they excel in every way.

This was for us, by very far, the best experience buying furniture - simply astonishing! Not only you get the best value for your money, they know their stuff really well and were able to predict pricing on a specific product we were interested in, quite accurately. Rest assured that you paid the best price you can get with significant savings over the competition. We are now returning customers working on a new order and recommend this business to anyone; regardless of what you specifically are targeting - they will deliver! ----- P S # 1 ----- We did actually go back and today closed another order, on additional sets, more than double in value than the first one. Funny thing is that we made up our mind to go back for the third time to furnish 3.5k Sq.Ft. living space. ----- P S # 2 ----- 12 additional pieces of furniture were included on the second order, delivered by the 3rd party white glove option we chose. Two of those had minor damage and although we accepted the delivery, DEX10 went beyond that, following up with the manufacturer, to ensure complete and perfect satisfaction. Yes, you may find some of the furniture they sell @ Costco, but you will pay more. And, although we like Costco's return policy, the hassles (time and cost to take the items back to a store) you'd have to get your money back (as the only option for remedy really) does not compare to the solutions DEX10 will present you with (keep & repair, keep & potential payback for damage, replace, etc...). Final Comment: This is a long read, but I wanted to make sure other customers get real, specific information. I do value these reviews and it's too often that most of them are not objective or they don't highlight on what's important and are stuck in subjective, undeserving write ups that sometimes discourage businesses seeking to attain excellence DEX10 strives to. Thank you Geoff, we will see you in a couple of months again!

I just received my new Summerland Sectional sofa yesterday delivered and white glove setup provided by Dex 10 and I have to say it's awesome! This was my first online buy for something at that price point that could easily have been a big disappointment not having seen it in person or sat down on it before hand but after reading the reviews I felt pretty good not only about the sofa but also about the person I was buying it from Mr.Geoff. So I pulled the trigger and hoped for the best. Well as soon as the delivery guys finished setting up and taking away all of the boxes I got to take a first look and sit! Simply put, it's perfect! Very comfortable right out of the box, no need to wait 6 months to break it in at all but at the same time it's sturdy and you can feel the quality of the materials used as well and how it is built. Just a great product and extremely happy with what was delivered. If you are on the fence about buying one of these, as far as I'm concerned it's a great investment so relax and go for it! I will also mentioned the savings having went through Dex 10 was totally worth the "risk" (not seeing it in person) as another major retailers sells the same product just under a different name for off hand about 1000.00 or so more. Same sofa, same manufacturer. So as you can see from my review I am happy all around! Thanks again Dex 10 and Mr. Geoff for the wonderful sofa and awesome service I received. We purchased the Westminster power reclining couch and it is really gorgeous! Beautiful rich dark brown leather with yellow contrast stitching. The power recline is smooth and quite and the articulating headrest takes comfort to the next level! The centre console and device ports are another great feature. The delivery was longer than expected due to covid but you can be sure Geoff will keep you updated. Geoff also went the extra mile to problem solve and arrange for delivery. Thanks Geoff and Dex10 we are so pleased with our purchase!
